Ryan completed the Xterra Triathlon at Buffalo Creek on Saturday. It was such a tough race!!!! 1 mile swim in Wellington lake, 20 mile mountain bike course and a five mile trail run............whew! He did awesome, it was so exciting to watch him.
Ryan is the one in the black wet suit and white cap. Hee Hee! He's actually third from the left, with his hand on his side.

Duuuuuude.... that's ahsum and super impressive. There aren't many people in this world who could finish a race like that. Good work!
On a side note, is that the first aid van in the back ground there? I'm sure it's just coincidence.
